The ‘Respect the DJ’ event was held yesterday evening at Opera Nightclub in Atlanta and a huge mix of The A’s top DJs showed up and showed out.
In addition to honorees Lil Jon & DJ Nabs, attendees included DJ Jelly, DJ Swiff, DJ Sense, DJ Montay, Shawty Putt, Fort Knox, Ronnie Devoe (BBD), Kawan ‘KP’ Prather (A&R @ Atlantic Records) and more.

Hosted by?DJ Mami Chula, ‘Respect the DJ’ showcased a coveted turntable battle where DJs of various genres hashed out for bragging rights – from Hip Hop to EDM and Top 40. Battling DJs included DJ Logic, DJ Don Julio, DJ Time One and DJ Teeoh.
