Q Da Kid recently completed the video for a song called “A Letter to Shakir” and dedicates it to all who have passed and to those who mourn them. I’ve been wondering what’s been up with him, but JD explains via his blog:

T.I.’s new reality show Road to Redemption premieres on MTV tonight. I had my days mixed up and originally thought I missed it (I coulda sworn yesterday was Tuesday) so I searched for it last night and found the full episode. This first episode is really much better than I expected. PeeWee, the kid who wants to be a hustler, is forever changed by Tip’s strong advice.
I can’t wait to see more!

Just in case you were wondering why there were no signs of Ciara during last nights Grammy Awards, here’s your answer. CiCi and Enrique Iglesias performed during the 2009 Pro-Bowl half-time yesterday in Hawaii. They were joined by more than 600 dancers, drummers and acrobats from across the country, as well as 60 high school cheerleaders from throughout the Hawaiian Islands. I guess since Ciara wasn’t nominated or scheduled to perform at the Grammys, she chose a different route.? Was she even missed?
