Lee Najjar, also known as Kim Zolciak‘s benefactor “Big Poppa” on The Real Housewives of Atlanta seems to have some real legal issues going on these days.

Apparently paying Zolciak for her services, is the least of Najjar’s worries right now…

Najjar, who has played host to a slew of high profile events at his swaky West Paces Ferry mansion in Atlanta, was picked up by the Fulton County Sheriff’s department November 6, 2012.

On November 7, 2012, Najjar was transferred to the Gwinnett County Sherriff’s department… where he posed for the second mugshot below…

I don’t have all of the info on why exactly Najjar is in custody, but apparently Fulton County authorities executed a warrant for Failure to Appear. So before y’all go running off talmbout Big Poppa is a high-profile felon like Marlo Hampton, just know that he didn’t slash anyone up or anything (that I know of).

[Sidebar: He IS being held without bond though… so who knows?]

What I do know is that Najjar has been reportedly avoiding several banks seeking to recover their assets and there are cases pending against to former mogul in both Fulton and Gwinnett counties.

Najjar seemed to be making moves to stack a bit of paper by renting out his mansion to the likes of Young Jeezy, who threw his son a 16th birthday bash at the joint last July, as well as rapper T.I., who recently held a private party in the pool house for his 32nd birthday.

Hopefully he’ll get this all squared away soon. Hmmm… maybe Najjar can repo that “engagement” ring he bought his jump off. But then again… she’s still wearing it.

That’s right… there’s a lot of talk about Kimmie spending time with Poppa while Kroy’s doing his thing on the road with the Falcons.

And if you think that’s far fetched think of it this way, Zolciak didn’t respect Najjar’s marriage, so why would she respect her own? Better yet… why would HE respect it?
