Gucci Mane is a free man today after being arrested yesterday under what many consider suspicious circumstances.

After appearing in court today (November 3rd), Gucci, real name Radric Davis, was ordered released from Fulton County Jail after prosecutors announced they would not pursue the pending multiple traffic charges or the obstruction allegation.

The case is apparently being dropped ?for want of prosecution.?? During this morning’s hearing, the judge set Gucci free but advised him that the charges could be refiled.

Gucci was jailed Tuesday, and held overnight, on charges of damage to government property, obstruction, driving without a license, reckless driving, running a red light or stop sign, failure to maintain a lane and driving on the wrong side of the road.

I personally thought it was strange that an “off duty” cop would follow Gucci and then call for back-up.? Note to cops, if you’re gonna put someone under surveillance at least have your all your ducks in a row before you arrest him.

And Gucci…. ummmm…. I think you should keep your nose clean for a lil while.
