He starred alongside Robert Townsend and Reagan Gomez as the oldest son ‘Michael Peterson’ on The Parent’hood tv series from 1995 until 1997, when he was unceremoniously replaced on the show like the little sister was on Family Matters.
But instead of drowning his sorrows doing triple x flicks like Judy Winslow, Kenny, who has since changed his name to Kenn Michael, transitioned his talents to working behind the camera.

Lyfe Jennings Is Out of Jail & In The Studio With Carl Thomas [PHOTOS + VIDEO]
Soulful singer Lyfe Jennings was last seen entering into a prison facility after being sentenced to serve time on charges stemming from an altercation with his baby mama in an Atlanta suburb back in ’08.

Jennings has since been released early from jail and he made his first public appearance last week, joining Carl Thomas for an impromptu video.
“It’s going to feel real good to the fans for you to put your next project out,” Carl Thomas said in the short video, calling Jennings “back in action”.
