Beyonce was spotted looking totally uncomfortable as she was cheered on my neighbors and onlookers as she took her daily stroll with baby Blue Ivy yesterday afternoon (March 13, 2012).

No word on WHY they were cheering but perhaps they were applauding Queen B’s return to the new millennium after her visit to the 80’s yesterday…

Beyonce even snazzed up Blue Ivy’s footwear for her return, dressing her adorable bambino in a cute lil pair of golden slippers fit for a princess!
