In my opinion, there’s nothing really newsworthy her new business venture. Hell… if you make money, you’re SUPPOSED to invest. That’s a given.
So moving on….
I told you late last year that Kim Zolciak would be getting a spin-off focusing on her new life with boy toy/baby daddy Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann and their newborn son, KJ.? And just last week it was announced that Kandi Burruss had also gotten the greenlight for her new show (click HERE if you missed that).
Well… what’s bigger than NeNe opening a chain of fast food pizza joints, you ask? Well, I heard that NeNe is up next to get her own show!! *gasp*
The day we all dreaded has finally come! 😯 (Remember where you heard this first!)
Details below…
Leakes, the loudest real “housewife” of Atlanta and the one we all love to hate, is next up in line to get her own reality show spin-off from The Real Housewives of Atlanta franchise.
Sources say NeNe’s new show is being produced by True Entertainment, the same production company responsible for The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Kandi’s new show.
Rumor has it that NeNe will start shooting the new show shortly after the new season of RHOA airs and it reportedly will be filmed in L.A. and NOT Atlanta.
My source couldn’t (or wouldn’t) reveal the premise of NeNe’s new show, but judging from Leakes’ gung-ho attitude about being “newly single” (video) [insert side-eye…],? I can only assume her storyline will be about “moving” to LaLa land to start a “new” life without her husband (and kids?).
It’s no secret that I’m not a believer in the NeNe/Gregg divorce spoof.
It was I who spotted Leakes all boo’d with Gregg, the hubby she says she’s divorcing, at Essence back in July (and “YES” that “fakeOut” site STOLE my personal pics and blatantly cut out my watermark, but I digress.)
Several of my RHOA sources say that while NeNe is publicly claiming to be out on the “dating scene”, it’s all pure fakery and she’s actually still involved with her husband.
As for Gregg… he’s apparently down for the cause as long as those RHOA checks keep hitting their joint bank account.
