Rick Ross aka the BAWSE is next up on the paternity lawsuit train.

According to TMZ, a paternity suit has been filed against Rozay in Broward County, Florida on behalf of a 36-year-old woman named? Tyrisha Childers.

Childers says she and Ross kicked it a few years back in Georgia and claims he is the father of her 3 year old son.

According to suit, Ross hasn’t paid a dime in child support and Childers is seeking all the help she can get.? She currently lists ZERO earned income but receives $694 a month in disability payments. Childers also claims she has absolutely no money in the bank.

Despite the paternity suit,?Ross is adamant that he is NOT father and wants to prove it.

Ross denies ever even sleeping with Childers and says the kid is not his son (cue Billy Jean). He has filed a response to Childer’s suit and seeks to prove his claims via a DNA test.
