20 year old Mariah Yeater shocked the world when she came forward claiming that Justin Bieber is the father of her three-month-old baby, but he says THE KID IS NOT IS SON.

Now pictures of the woman who alleges she had a one-night stand with the under aged singing superstar have emerged that show off her many tattoos & piercings.

Yeater claims she got pregnant back in August and says Bieber told her their?seedy liaison backstage at one of his concerts was his first time.

Bieber hit up the Today show this morning and addressed the allegations. Denying them flat out!

Yeater, 20, who alleges that Bieber is the father of her baby, said the 17-year-old singer had told her he was a virgin before hastily removing her clothes in a bathroom.

Californian Yeater also claims that her sexual encounter with Bieber was ‘brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds.’

Yeater reportedly claimed in court papers that she had sex after the singer?s October 25, 2010, concert at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.

In an affidavit, she allegedly said a security guard working for Bieber approached her and ?asked if I wanted to meet Justin Bieber? before shepherding her backstage.

?After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation,? Miss Yeater reportedly says.

?Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.

?I agreed? and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.? (source)

“I would just like to say that none of those allegations are true,” Justin told Matt Lauer on Good Morning America.

When Matt asked if Justin actually knew the young lady who had filed child support papers against him, Justin responded, “Never met the woman”.

I guess that about sums it up.? That is… until the blood tests come back!

If her allegations of paternity are true, Yeater could possibly face statutory rape charges for her encounter with the 17 year old. It’s already being reported that LA authorities are already investigating the case.

Now, according to The Associated Press, Los Angeles Police Commander Andrew Smith said on Thursday that his department may investigate Yeater because if her story is true, she could be subject to statutory rape charges since Bieber was a 16-year-old minor at the time of the incident.

According to California law, someone who has unlawful sex with a person who is under 18 years of age and is not more than three years older than that person is guilty of a misdemeanor, which carries up to a one-year jail sentence.
