An anti-abortion group in Georgia has placed several billboards around the Atlanta area which feature the words “Black Children are an Endangered Species” next to the image of a Black child.

62 of the billboards above have been erected in 2 majority minority GA counties (Dekalb and Fulton) and the words and image has caused an outcry amongst Black women, who feel that they are being unfairly targeted.
To be fair, I must tell you that the organizers of the campaign are Black as well and have gathered facts that show that GA reports the most abortions of black mothers.? As I was watching ABC News late last night, they reported that out of a total of 35,008 abortions in Georgia in 2008, 20, 909 were Black woman, while only 9,900 were White.
They also reported that Black Woman are 1.5x more likely than White women to become pregnant but 3x more likely to have an abortion.

I’m sure you’ve heard about all the drama that unfolded Saturday evening at the Civic Center but just in case you haven’t let me give you a brief summation: The Alpha Phi Alphas from Central State University won it for the men in the fraternity competition, while Zeta Tau Alpha, an all white sorority from Arkansas beat the prim and proper AKA’s from Indiana in a major upset.

Lil Wayne is known for proudly stuntin his diamond studded grille but after having major dental surgery he’s removed the bottom set.
Wayne, who’s scheduled to report to jail in about 7 days (and counting), got a few extra days of freedom for the dental procedure, which included receiving eight root canals in a single session last Tuesday.
The eight-hour procedure included the addition of new teeth implants, as well as the restructuring of a few current tooth implants. There was also additional repair work done on the few real teeth Wayne has left.
