Nick Gordon, the brother/lover/fake husband of Bobbi Kristina Brown, is speaking out against claims that he was responsible her death.

In amended court papers filed last Friday in Fulton County Superior Court, Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed representative claimed Gordon struck the aspiring singer and gave her a “toxic cocktail” shortly before she was found unconscious on Jan. 31.

The wrongful death suit, which seeks at least $10 million in damages,?alleges Gordon put Bobbi Kristina face down in a tub of cold water in her suburban Atlanta home, causing her to suffer brain damage.

Gordon hasn’t been officially charged in relation to Bobbi Kristina’s death, so Gordon’s attorneys have issued a statement on his behalf calling?the lawsuit is “slanderous and meritless.”

It’s only been a day since Bobbi Kristina’s death was announced but authorities are reportedly already gearing up for a homicide investigation.

If you recall, a few weeks ago it was revealed that Bobbi Kristina’s case file had been transferred to The Fulton County District Attorney’s office for review.

As Bobbi Kristina Brown lies comatose in an Atlanta area hospice facility, the Marietta motorist injured in a car accident she had last January (prior to her current medical condition) has filed a lawsuit.

The lawsuit, filed by Russell J. Eckerman, is being brought against Bobbi Kristina by and through her guardians, her father and aunt Bobby Brown and Pat Houston, and the conservator of her estate, Bedelia Hargrove.
