Ciara and Future are battling in court over baby Future this week and yesterday wasn’t a good day at all for the songstress.
As you know, Ciara filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against her baby daddy and he subsequently filed a counter suit with similar claims.

The case is ongoing but Future won one yesterday as Ciara suffered a huge loss in court when she sought to take sole custody of baby Future.
t’s only been a year since Usher Raymond sought his third restraining order against Darshelle Jones (click HERE if you missed that), but apparently she’s not fazed by a little legal paperwork!
Jones, an Ohio resident, has been persistently pursuing Usher for over 4 years now and she recently returned to Atlanta to pick up the pieces of her imaginary relationship with the superstar singer by popping up at several locations he’s known to frequent.
Now… the Raymond has returned to court hoping that a judge will enforce the permanent restraining order he has against the troubled woman who has been relentlessly stalking him online and off.

Another day, another legal dispute for ?Empire? creator Lee Daniels but fortunately for him… the battle against Hollywood A-Lister Sean Penn is over and done!
If you recall, Penn filed a $10 Million defamation lawsuit against the filmaker after Daniels used his name when defending Empire star Terrence Howard against media reports of domestic violence.? The statements were made in an interview conducted prior to the season 2 premiere of the show, where Daniels said:
