WEtv hosted a star-studded Atlanta premiere even for its new series, “Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta” last night (May 23, 2017).

Hundreds convened at Woodruff Arts Center to preview the much-buzzed-about ATL edition of the hit franchise, which stars Shad Moss (Bow Wow), Shaniah Mauldin (daughter of Jermaine Dupri), Reginae Carter (daughter of Lil Wayne and Toya Wright), Zonnique Pullins (daughter of T.I. & Tiny), Brandon Barnes (son of Debra Antney and brother to Waka Flocka) and Ayana Fite (daughter of DJ Hurricane).

The cast was in attendance along with their famous parents Jermaine Dupri, Toya Wright, Tiny Harris, Debra Antney and DJ Hurricane. Additional VIPs included Da Brat, Waka Flocka Flame, Datari Turner (producer, “Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta”); “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” stars Tammy Rivera, Tommie Lee, Karlie Redd, Bambi, Karen King, Melissa Scott and Erica Dixon; Kandi Burruss and daughter Riley (“Real Housewives of Atlanta”); Mama June and daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson (“From Not to Hot”); Trina Braxton (“Braxton Family Values”); Gocha Hawkins (“LA Hair”); Genise Shelton (“Married to Medicine”); Stevie Baggs, Jr (“Match Made In Heaven”), Shanell (Young Money artist), Princess (formerly of Crime Mob) and many more.

Author/dentist/entrepreneur Dr. Heavenly Kimes?of ?Married to Medicine? debuted her new dating app PIQ (pronounced ?peek?) for a select crowd of friends, colleagues and local singles at ?Atlanta?s Tongue & Groove last night (January 22, 2015).

Radio/TV personality Ebony Steele emcee?d the event while Dr. Heavenly, who also happens to be a certified relationship expert, described the features of the new dating app.

Claudia Jordan of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was also on hand to aid in the demonstration. The certifiably single ‘housewife,?participated?in an onstage ?PIQ-A-BOO? dating game activity, where she asked several hidden bachelors an icebreaker question and chose the one with the best answer.

Additional attendees included ?Married to Medicine? cast members Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Lisa Nicole Cloud, Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Jill Conners, Dr. Damon Kimes, Dr. Darren Naugles, Cecil Whitmore, Reco Chapple & More.

Ebony Steele Enlists Dr. Jackie, Dr. Heavenly, Tameka Raymond & More for ?Breast Friends’ Campaign… [PHOTOS]

National TV and radio personality Ebony Steele?is a strong proponent of Breast Cancer research & funding and in honor of the cause, she has launched her very own Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign with her celebrity friends.

The campaign, entitled ?Breast Friends,? will feature a star-studded group of Ebony?s long-time friends and supporters including notable fellow Breast Cancer survivors.

The mission of the ?Breast Friends? campaign is to raise awareness about the disease and inspire fellow survivors to share their stories and help uplift women during their battle with Breast Cancer.

During the month of October, Ebony will release a series of photos highlighting the men and women who have supported her throughout her battle with the disease and I’m honored help support her cause.

This week?s ?Breast Friends? include: Dr. Jackie Walters (Bravo?s Married to Medicine & Fellow Breast Cancer Survivor), Dr. Heavenly Kimes (Bravo?s Married to Medicine), Tameka Raymond (VH1?s Atlanta Exes), Stevie Baggs (Three-time All-American Football player & NFL Linebacker), Tracy Nicole (Women?s Fashion Designer), and JaQuitta Williams (TV News Anchor & Fellow Breast Cancer Survivor).

‘Live & Die For Hip-Hop’ Black Out Gala Honors Life of Chris Kelly of Kris Kross… [PHOTOS]

Entrepreneur and socialite LaToya ?Leigh? Wise poses with Kawan ‘KP’ Prather & Rico Wade as they were honored during the first annual ‘Live and Die for Hip Hop’ Black Out Gala held this past weekend (September 6, 2014).

The formal event, held at Atlanta’s Woodruff Arts Center, commemorated the life and legacy of the late multi-platinum music artist Chris Kelly, half of the rap duo Kris Kross and was produced in conjunction with Kelly’s mother, Donna Kelly-Pratte.

The event was hosted by hip-hop legend Ed Lover; daughter of mega rapper Lil Wayne, Reginae Carter; and socialites the Three Brown Girls (Eboni Elecktra, Kim Porter & Nicole Johnson).

The event was curated by reality television phenom Dwight Eubanks, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and produced by Leigh Wise, Donna Kelly-Pratte and Delanie Barber.

Atlanta music industry legends, Kawan ?KP? Prather (Vice president of Atlantic Records and former A&R for LaFace Records) and Rico Wade (founder of Organized Noize), were each honored during the event for their contributions to the hip-hop industry.

Attendees included: Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris (formerly of R&B group Xscape), Kirk and Rasheeda Frost (Love & Hip Hop Atlanta), reality TV personality Toya Wright, music industry veteran Shanti Das, Sheree Whitfield (ex-RHOA), Sheree Buchanan (Atlanta Exes), Zonnique Pullins of OMG Girlz.

World renowned DJ Nabs was also on the 1’s & 2’s while legendary Atlanta rapper Bone Crusher grabbed the mic for a special performance.
