Kanye West hit twitter last week and made light of his infamous Taylor Swift mic snatching incident in a comical note he sent to Britney Spears last Friday via Twitter.
Last Tuesday, Spears released a new song “Hold It Against Me,” that reached No. 1 on iTunes. Ironically, West and Jay-Z dropped their new track, “H.A.M.,” the same day, and it came in at No. 2.
West graciously acknowledged Spears’ chart victory with the following tweet:
Fans were divided but I thought it was hilarious that Kanye could laugh at himself.
Kanye has since deleted the tweet but his battle with the media rages on. After facing off with NBC?s Matt Lauer last year, the outspoken rapper took to Twitter to defend himself over the tweet.
