Singer R. Kelly was treated to a lavish 48th birthday celebration my his good friend Devyne Stephens in Atlanta last night (January 8, 2015).

Stephens played host to the Kelly’s private b-day bash, which was held at ‘TIME,’ Atlanta’s newest hot spot and former location of Ludacris’ Straits restaurant.
