In addition to Phaedra, several of your favorite celebrities hit the polls in Georgia today to cast their vote for the next president of the United States.? Usher Raymond, his ex-wife Tameka Raymond, Kandi Burruss and Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges.

Promo Shots: Mariah Carey Strikes Awkward Pose For American Idol…

Mariah Carey strikes an awkward pose in her brand new “American Idol” promotional photo.

Carey recently accepted a position as the newest judge on the reality TV talent contest and she released this image as her official “A.I.” picture.

Her right hand kinda looks like she has a cramp and her left hand is just barely grazing her teeny-tiny waist. I’m loving the tangerine color of her dress… but c’mon now… I think Mariah pulled a J-Hud on us with that “digitally enhanced” waistline!

If you see it you can achieve it because whooda thought that former American Idol Jennifer Hudson‘s waistline would EVER be that small in real life? (But I digress!)

Negotiations for her salary clearly went more smoothly than that photo session. The star is reportedly receiving $17 million for Season 12 — $2 million more than departing judge Jennifer Lopez received in her last season. (source)

Having just given birth to twins a little less than six months ago, the new mom recruited JD for help on her next album and recently tweeted her excitement:

Mariah and JD have made quite a few hits in the past and since Jermaine has been rumored to be facing financial difficulty, this reunion is definitely a good thing.

If you’ve seen one baby bump you’ve seen ’em all but apparently Mariah Carey wants you to know that her’s is a certified piece of art.

The mommy to be tweeted the photo above with the colorful words “Dem Babies” written on her bare belly along with a butterfly that was half pink and blue (apparently to signify that she’s carrying boy/girl twins).

Mariah reportedly had somewhat of a scare recently and was rushed to the hospital as she and hubby Nick Cannon were celebrating her 42nd birthday. Continue Reading…

Mariah Carey sported what appeared to be a maternity tee that read “if you like fun you’ll love me” during her performance in Singapore Saturday night.

There’s no denying there’s something going on in her midsection. Either she’s preggers or loves beer.

Whatever the case, MiMi and her belly go the route of ‘Alicia Keys circa Essence Festival 2010‘ as she takes a tumble onstage…

Falling like the diva she is, Mariah gracefully awaits for a dancer to catch her as the background singers sing “don’t let go,” the chorus to “Make it Happen”. It almost seemed pre-written into the show.
