Video ~ It’s Like That ~ Mariah Carey ft. JD & Fatman Scoop
This song makes me happy cause everybody is living it up in ATL…at least they appear to be.? I’ve been a bit stressed lately so I had to leave it all behind for a day or two (or three). I almost walked away from my blog over the drama. My boo Drama Dupree, was my biggest support over the last few days and while he’s going through his own stuff he also helped me through mine.
This blogging thing is not for the weak. Long story short. I’m human and I get tired of the bullsh*t.? The backstabbing. The huge sites stealing your sh*t. The “friends” who smile in your face and talk behind your back. The people who want you to promote their sh*t for free as if my site runs on it’s own. *sigh* I had to exhale and now I’m back.
So yeah. “It’s like that”!
I’ll try my best not to snap on anyone today… Pray for me.
Video ~ “All I Want For Christmas” (SoSo Def Remix)
Dontcha just love watching an animated Mariah Carey screaming singing with Jermaine Dupri and prepubescent Lil- Bow-Wow? I, personally, am still perplexed by the fact that Bow-Wow was like 12 and still got the girls and s sports car. Life imitating art… SMH!
This is the actual video for the song, I guess the crew was too busy Christmas shopping to film in person but it’s still cute nonetheless. Just seven more shopping days til Christmas…. whatcha get me?
Some call it a publicity stunt…I call it a come back or a get back or a funny “A”zz prank!? Eminem got a face full of Sacha Baren Cohen’s “A”zz last night during the 2009 MTV Movie Awards and didn’t appear to be pleased AT ALL. He could be heard on the video cursing and instructing his D-12 cohorts to “get the muthaf*cker off me!”
The rapper has faced quite a bit of criticism from gay groups stating he bashed them in his lyrics, so some say it was an attempt to embarrass a homophobic rapper.? I dunno bout that. I say blame Nick Cannon simply for the fact that he had the most to gain from this stunt.? If you recall, Eminem faced the wrath or Mr. Mariah Carey Nick Cannon who wrote a scathing blog post to Mr. Marshall Mathers after discovering Em had penned a song that insulted his wife.? The blog post mysteriously disappeared after Nick claimed it crashed his website, but I’ve got a feeling Nick may have called in a favor from some of his MTV connections.? I know it’s far fetched…but stranger things have happened!

This is a short preview video for Keri Hilson‘s “Make Love” but it features Kanye as her love interest. Why? I dunno, but his appearance definitely sparked some interest….
The Dream‘s new CD is off the chain but this video for “My Love” just made me realize why I’m NOT a Mariah fan. Enjoy!
Young Jeezy joined Mariah Carey onstage during the kick-off of Samsung’s free summer concert series in L.A.?? I know I promised myself no more MC posts after “the incident” but since Jeezy’s in these flix I’m makin an exception.? Nas and Nelly are also scheduled for the series, with Nelly?performing in Atlanta August 29th.??More flix and the video under the cut: Continue Reading…
