NEWSFLASH! Stevie J of ?Love & Hip Hop Atlanta? is about to take a court ordered ‘vacation’.

I just saw Stevie J. a few days ago in Atlanta, but it looks like he’s going to be ‘incogNegro’ for a while.

A Manhattan judge has officially ordered the reality show star to spend 30 days at a drug rehabilitation center after prosecutors in his million dollar child support case say he repeatedly failed cocaine and marijuana tests.

All is fair in Love & Hip-Hop and Benzino is apparently planning to use the court to prove it isn’t after Stevie J. hit the media with claims of death threats.

As you know, Benzino and his lady love Althea Heart won’t be returning for Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s 4th season (click HERE if you missed that) and Stevie J. has hit the media, claiming it was Zino’s own fault for threatening to kill him!

On the flip side, Benzino has responded and is now threatening to takeStevie J and his ‘crackhead whore’ (aka Joseline Hernandez) to court for defamation.

Waka Flocka Flame and his wife Tammy Rivera of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta were spotted out at Priv? nightclub last weekend.

The cute couple were apparently out celebrating last week’s win of Georgia’s Republican candidate, David Perdue who won a spot on the senate with 53% of the state vote thanks to Waka’s support.

Waka responded to all of the backlash he received for his choice of candidate, stating:

Tammy also took the opportunity to show off her surgically enhanced figure, which she purchased a few months back after wrapping LHHATL.

Earlier this week on election day, Waka tweeted his support of Georgia Republican candidate David Purdue, then deleted it after his fans began to roast him online.

But wait… that’s not all. ?Waka was even spotted at Perdue’s Republican watch party on election night.

NEWSFLASH! Benzino and his lady love Althea Heart are no longer a part of the cast of Love & Hop Hop Atlanta.

Season 3 of the reality show had been particularly tumultious and when tensions rose during the reunion show several of the cast members felt the wrath of a reportedly ‘coked out’ Joseline Hernandez?and Stevie J.

There’s been speculation for months about Benzino’s return, especially since it’s been rumored that Thi-Thi filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against popular franchise after the fight.

[SIDEBAR: I heard some time ago that?Atlanta’s own DJ Holiday could be up next to fill Benzino’s reality show spot… but you didn’t hear that from me.]

Whatever the case, it seems that Mona Scott-Young?chose to squash whatever ‘beef’ was brewing between the two couples by getting rid of one of them, and clearly it’s ‘money over errrrythang’ as she decided to stick with her ‘coked out’ cash cows.

The monthly music showcase was held this in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this month and featured performances by L. Young, Timothy Bloom, Devon Stephon and headliner Johnny Gill of New Edition and Head of State.
