Xscape, the Atlanta-based girl group that launched the careers of Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, Kandi Burruss, LaTocha Scott and Tamika Scott was featured on TVOne’s ‘Unsung’ last night (July 8, 2015).
Kandi discussed the ‘Unsung’ episode briefly during our one on one a few weeks ago (click HERE if you missed that) and it seems that the dissension within the group is still alive and well.? Burruss hit the tweets earlier to reveal how she really felt about the episode, stating:
Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris and Toya Wright spent a color coordinated night chillaxin at Club XS last Sunday evening (June 14, 2015).
The ladies arrived together for what seemed like girl’s night out, as Fabolous, Meek Mill and more partied at the Atlanta area hot spot.
Tiny’s hubby T.I. was an unexpected guest as he breezed through the club a few hours after Tiny & Toya’s arrival.
The ‘Family Hustle’ couple have been putting on a united front for the sake of their family oriented reality show, but as you know, word on the curb is that they’ve been still living separately for months now? (click HERE to view Tiny’s new home).
Whatever the case, it’s clear from this selection of photos that the pair can definitely co-exist and are great at ‘playing nice’ for the cameras.

Clifford ‘T.I.’ Harris and up & coming rapper Kap-G appeared on CNN last night to discuss issues of racial profiling and their ‘angry rap lyrics’ with host Don Lemon.
It was just about a week ago that Tip and David Banner jumped on the remix of Kap-G’s ‘La Policia’ and in light of all the recent news of police brutality nationwide, it seems their message of rage is being heard loud and clear.

When asked about the angry message in the song, T.I. responds:
I think there is resentment… an undeniable fear that (I believe) law enforcement has for young minorities and it is reflected in their actions.
And of course that leads to angry lyrics because our music, historically has been a reflection of our circumstances.
So if you don’t like our lyrics, you must then change the circumstances that inspire them.
