VH1’s TLC biopic, CrazySexyCool aired last night and there were several key players left out of the story.

Atlanta musical treasures Jermaine DuPri and Rico Wade are just two examples of people who weren’t mentioned that had a hand in the group’s success, and the way VH1 portrayed Crystal Selene Jones was interesting to say the least.

Jones has hit the tweets to offer a little insight about her ‘small’ roll in the creation of the group, stating:

The highly anticipated docu-drama ‘CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story’ aired last night and while most ‘made-for-TV’ biopics are so fictionalized that the final product bears no truth whatsoever, ?VH1?s effort flawlessly maintained TLC’s version of their history.

The film, which follows the lives of supergroup, stars Keke Palmer as Rozonda ?Chilli? Thomas, Lil Mama as the late Lisa ?Left Eye? Lopes, and Drew Sidora as Tionne ?T-Boz? Watkins.

During the two-and-a-half-hour show, we witnessed TLC’s history unfold, and while the truth is always more interesting than fiction, there were still life lessons revealed.

Gabrielle Union Announces Return to ‘Being Mary Jane’ + BET Releases New Teasers… [VIDEO]

BET’s hot new series ?Being Mary Jane? is just months away from its anticipated series premiere.?The pilot was so well received back in July that BET greenlit a series to premiere this January 2014.

Gabrielle Union reprises her role as ‘Mary Jane,’ a successful business woman with relationship issues and she recently announced her excitement about the project.

The pilot episode left a whopper of a cliffhanger when Mary Jane was shown ‘stealing’ sperm from her ex-boyfriend and freezing it in hopes of one day artificially inseminating herself.

Jaheim, Atlantic Records and Radio One sponsored an ‘Appreciation Day’ makeover for a woman by the name of Tonya Kelley this past weekend.

Rihanna recently shared photos online as she posed in front of Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, while in the capital to perform on her Diamonds World Tour.

The self-professed ‘bad gal’ is known for rocking next to nothing, but she switched things up a bit to conform to the local culture by donning a black hijab and abaya-esque trouser suit.

The photos were reportedly taken by Gomillion Leupold ? a photography team made up of Steven Gomillion and Dennis Leupold and posted to Rihanna’s Instagram account.

While RiRi certainly looked the part of a traditional Muslim woman, she maintained her ‘bad gal’ image with her photo captions, sparking many to say she was being ‘disrespectful’ to the religious location.
