As I was perusing the tweets last night, I noticed my blogger friend Freshalina’s throwback Outkast post.
In a vintage MTV video filmed back in 2001, Big Boi and Andre 3000 of Outkast argue over a freaky nighttime bat/bird sighting.
Big Boi and Dre can’t seem to agree on if the flying creatures spotted are birds or bats and the disagreement makes for some hilarious Outkast flashback footage…

Michael Render aka ‘Killer Mike‘ recently celebrated his 40th year of life at a surprise party surrounded by friends, family and supporters last Monday evening (April 20, 2015).
Yes… Mike was really born on the day celebrated by pot smokers all over the world and his 40th birthday was all ‘green’ everything, including a cannabis shaped cake.
The talented lyricist has gained a ton of notoriety with his eloquent raps and speeches focusing social activism (click HERE if you missed Mike on CNN) but that didn’t stop him from totally losing it when faced with a crowed fulled with many of his favorite people.
Guests were treated to an open bar (Hennessy & Jack Daniels flowed freely) and included Big Boi and his wife Sherlita Patton, Chamillionaire, Jason Geter, Joe Baker, Kawan Prather, DJ Toomp, Ray Murray, Bonecrusher, BackBone, DJ Cutmaster Swiff, DJ Princess Cut, Mika Means and many many more.

Love and Hip Hop Atlanta aka ‘As the Hood Turns’ returned to the airwaves for it’s 4th season last night (April 20, 2015).
Season 4 jumped off with an episode titled ‘The Danger Zone,’ and the cast all have their ‘reality slang’ intact as they bring even more scripted ‘reality’ to your tv screens.

[Sidebar: Noticeably absent was Joseline Hernandez. The show seemed to portray her absence as a planned getaway, however in ‘real life’ the LHHATL starlit was actually suspended w/o pay for 5 episodes due to her drug fueled rage during the season 3 reunion.]

Meet Quavious Marshall, Kirschnick Ball, Kiari Cephus.? The 3 gentlemen posing in the mugshots above are all members of the Atlanta-based rap group the ‘Migos’.
The trio, best known for catcy hits like ‘Versace Versace’ and ‘Hannah Montanna’ could be having the worst week ever after being locked up over the weekend during a performance at Georgia Southern University.
Quavo (Quavious Marshall), Takeoff (Kirschnick Ball), and Offset (Kiari Cephus) were arrested Saturday night (April 18) after authorities detected a ?very potent smell? of marijuana coming from two vehicles the rap group arrived in.
