New mom Halle Berry, spotted above at the 15th Annual EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women recently revealed her post-pregnancy work out secrets.? Halle recently revealed to People magazine that she is losing the weight with the help of a personal fitness trainer.
According to People magazine reports, the 41-year-old Oscar winner ?works out with trainer Ramona Braganza for one hour, five days a week. Together they go through Braganza?s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone workout, comprised of three cardio segments, two circuit segments and one Core Segment.? (Source)

Racism Shut Down the “A” ~ Thanks for your Patience!
Yesterday, I took it upon myself to write a post about the disgusting racist attitude of?the owner of Mulligan’s Food & Spirits who proudly sold t-shirts displaying the image of Curious George as Barack Obama.??? I?submitted the?pics and the post?to Digg.com and to my suprise, encountered a slew of traffic.? In a matter of minutes, beginning last night at 10pm, StraightFromTheA.com had over 11,000 hits from digg and today there’s been over 50,000.? Because of the unusual amount of traffic, the site has been slower than usual and it’s been difficult to post.? There?has also been a ton of racist comments and emails received and because of this I am taking the day off today. ? I am saddened by the blatent displays of ignorance but not suprised, however…I need to get my mind right before I put any words in writing.
I?want to apologize to my loyal readers and hopfully things will be resolved by tomorrow.??

WTF?! Pic of the Day ~ Racist Obama T-Shirts Sold in Georgia Bar

This is one of the many reasons why I rarely set foot in Marietta and I feel sorry for those of you who have to live there.??Mulligan’s Bar & Tavern in Cobb county?has printed up?racist t-shirts featuring cartoon chimp Curious George peeling a banana, with “Obama in ’08” printed underneath and are selling them in?the bar.? The owner, Mike Norman thinks there’s nothing wrong with the T-shirts?and calls them?”cute.”? 😯
Norman said those offended are “hunting for a reason to be mad” and insisted he is “not a racist.”
Why picture Obama as Curious George? “Look at him . . . the hairline, the ears, he looks just like Curious George,” Norman said.
He said it’s just a coincidence that the character he chose for the T-shirt is a monkey. Norman said proceeds raised from sales of the T-shirts will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. (Source)
