I honestly had no idea who was in the Superbowl this year. (I know…I suck!) but once I actually watched this game I was screaming with the crowd. Today’s pic of the day is of Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmes’ game winning 4th quarter touchdown.? He managed to keep his feet in bounds as Cardinals safety Aaron Francisco defended the play with a mere 42 seconds left to play. The touchdown gave the Steelers the 27-23 lead and thier sixth Super Bowl title.? Whoop Whoop!! 🙂

My favorite celebrity photographer, Derek Blanks unveiled his new and improved website last weekend during an event hosted by NeNe Leakes of the Atlanta Housewives. The event was held at 595 North Friday evening and the walls were ablaze with Derek’s masterpieces.? From Jennifer Hudson to Monica…From Akon to Usher and from T.I. to David Banner. Derek has shot them all.
I managed to arrive LATE and without my memory card in my camera!? The life of a blogger… *sigh* but I love Derek so much that I prepared a lil montage video from the event in his honor. Check it out below:

The Grammy Nominee Reception (Atlanta Chapter) was held at the W Hotel on Thursday, January 29, 2009.? Big Boi, T.I., Drumma Boy, DJ Toomp, Dallas Austin and more were spotted at the affair. You know how they say, “it’s just an honor to be nominated” well this A-Town group are winners all the way!
