This is the second single in the U.S. from Ciara’s upcoming third studio album, Fantasy Ride, and the first single from the album in the UK. The song is produced by Timberlake and The Y’s, and co-written by Timberlake.

After all the hoopla surrounding Keyshia Cole’s sister, Neffe‘s pregnancy, you woulda thought that chick was carrying the messiah in her belly! First Neffeteria reveals her pregnancy to Sister2Sister’s Jamie Foster Brown, then Mama Frankie hits the Atlanta airwaves and bashes Neffe’s boo Soullow by pretty much saying he’s a deadbeat and then Neffe & Soullow hit the sofa to post a video “response to the media” addressing the pregnancy and discussing the numerical order of her babies and their daddies. *sigh* I’m tired just re-capping the drama…but now that you’ve caught up, Neffe says SLOW YA ROLL…she ain’t preggers!? At least that’s what she says…
I caught up with Neffe at Aaron Reid’s YEEC showcase and she was adament that while Soullow is her soulmate (she has a big “A”zz tatt to prove it), she is NOT carrying his child….and if she is “so f*cking what?!?” <~ her words. 😆

Aaron Reid, son of Def Jam Chair LA Reid and R&B legend Pebbles, stepped out on his own last weekend with the presentation of “Hello World” by the YEEC (Young Entrepreneurs Empowerment Coalition). The YEEC ~ consisting of Aaron,? James Smith and Jason Johnson held their launch event and listening lounge at the CW Loft on Friday, March 20th and the event featured fresh new talent including Ray Lavender, Rich Hill (son of Tommy Hilfiger), Unique and more.
YEEC hopes to be the conduit that facilitates the growth and development of the next generation of superstars and music moguls.? Celebrities spotted included: Aaron’s mom & dad (LA Reid and Pebbles)? Chaka Zulu, Dallas Austin, JoJo Simmons, Don Cannon, Letoya Luckett, Kawan Prather, Shakespear, Keyshia Cole’s sister Neffe, Carlissa Levert (daughter of the late Gerald Levert) and more.

One of my favorite Grown Folks Straight From The A is MrJonz. Who is MrJonz you ask? He’s an Atlanta music producer who’s worked with artists from DJ Kizzy Rock to Jamie Foxx and most recently Flo-Rida. You may not have heard his name but I’m sure you’ve heard his music.

I caught up with Rocko recently and got a chance to grill him on his favorite O.S.A.M. (Old School Atlanta Memory). Regardless what Killer Mike says about Freaknik, it appears that most true ATLiens can fondly reminisce and reflect about those good ole days riding down Peachtree Street flossin and glossin’.
Rocko is no exception, his favorite O.S.A.M. took us back to our favorite A-Town Black college reunion and he also suggests to Shirley Franklin (or whoever our next mayor will be) to consider bringing it back.

He worked with Kilo Ali, Raheem the Dream and a ton of other A-town producers like DJ Toomp, Cooly C, DJ Kizzy Rock, MC Shy D and on and on. Now I think he’s working somewhere behind the scenes but can’t nothing compare to those old school booty shakin’ days. Even the love songs were crunk!
