Mr. Raymond graces the cover of the March 13th issue of Billboard magazine. The photo is cropped at the knees, so the verdict’s out on if he chose to rock full length pants or capris.

All jokes aside, Usher is on the grind and feels that his new project will reveal a new Ursh. Despite the challenges of trying to reclaim his superstar status in a drastically downshifting industry climate, Usher is determined to create more history of his own.

Usher is also fully aware that he needs to drop a few more videos for all those singles he’s got on the charts. He’s currently shooting back to back videos for “O.M.G.”with Will.i.am and “Lil Freak” with Niki Minaj. So prepare yourselves… he’s coming!
