Word on the curb is that Soulja Boy aka DeAndre Cortez Way, is planning to fill Tupac Shakur’s shoes in his legendary “Juice” role.
Soulja Boy, who recently released a released a? mixtape by the same name as the classic film, announced that he will be playing the role of legendary West Coast rapper in an upcoming biopic.
He specifically spoke about becoming ?Bishop,? stating:
Basically, it?s your boy Soulja and I?m Bishop in 2011, running around in the streets, man. You know how the movie goes, but we?re flipping it and shooting in Atlanta.
I want to show these people my acting side and me being creative?always giving them something new; that?s all. I got same video director that shot ?Crank That,? ?Kiss Me Through The Phone,? ?Turn My Swag On? ?my most successful videos.
The whole mixtape is the soundtrack for the movie.
Filming will begin ?soon”… whenever that is.
I’ve always had mad respect for SB and his hustle… but Juice? I dunno about that.
I’m sure that Pac’s “I don’t give a f*ck” attitude in the historic role is what all young gangsters aspire to be, but carrying off the role in a remake will be a challenge for even the best of ’em.

Melanie Beacham, a Florida woman who had fallen behind in her car payments, was contacted by a debt collector who emailed her, texted her, called her at home, on her cell and at work ? over 23 times in one day.
Things took a turn for the worse when the collector began to send messages to the St. Petersburg woman and her friends via Facebook.
Beacham filed a harassment lawsuit against the company and a judge ruled last month that the company can no longer contact Beacham, her family or friends on Facebook or any other social-networking site.

It’s the first court decision of its kind and serves as a warning for debt collectors to tread lightly when using social networks to collect monies owed.
The decision sets a precedence but the original suit, in which Beacham alleges harassment, is still pending in court.
Debt collectors’ use of social media has become a major issue, so much so that other cases are popping up with similar situations.

Tyler Perry premiered his latest Madea flick, “Madea’s Big Happy Family” at ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome on April 19, 2011 in Hollywood, California.
Perry greeted fans and walked the carpet along with the likes of Bow Wow, Loretta Devine, Teyana Taylor, Lauryn London, Lance Gross and more.
As you know, the writer/director/producer/star of the new movie is totally fed up with all the criticism over his roles. Roles that he says are just comedic images of everyday family life.
