New Doo Alert: NeNe Leakes Goes Blond-ER… [PHOTOS]

I totally overlooked these photos of NeNe Leakes on the carpet of the 2011 BET Awards, but it appears NeNe’s rocking a lighter version of her sandy brown locks these days.

Just days prior to hitting the west coast, Leakes hit the streets of NYC with her pooch and a gal pal, where she was spotted shoveling sh*t (as she’s known to do frequently on the streets of the “A” as well – or so I’ve heard.)

It’s rumored that Leakes has fell out with just about all of her fellow Atlanta “Housewives”, but she’s found a true friend and confident in her new BFF Jennifer Williams (of VH1’s Basketball Wives).

If you recall, they met last year when NeNe was kickin it with Star Jones’ ex, Al Reynolds. The two have been inseparable ever since (whenever they’re in the same town at least)…

What the PHUK is ?PLANKING?? [PHOTOS]

Don’t be alarmed… the people in the photos aren’t deceased, they just look like it. 😕

So there’s this craze going around where people photograph themselves laying facedown and lifeless in random places.? It’s become so popular that it was even a trending topic on twitter earlier today.

The craze has taken the net by storm and people are going to great lengths to get that one perfect shot of them “planking” from dangerous situations.

Despite pleas from law officials to stop the dangerous act and at least one reported death, the act of “planking” has continued to surge and what was formerly a “crazy white boy” stunt has gone urban.

Flava Flav has even been spotted “planking”…

If you’re an avid hip-hop head, this highly accessorized dude may look vaguely family to you and he should. Besides the fact that he lost a few pounds, this platinum selling rapper’s looks haven’t really changed THAT much.

Atlanta “Housewives” Attend Private Preview of Peter Thomas’ BAR ONE… [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Peter Thomas and his wife Cynthia Bailey of The Real Housewives of Atlanta held a sneak preview of Peter’s new venture.

In case you forgot, Peter’s former Uptown Supperclub closed last year amidst financial difficulties and Peter and he was recently found not guilty of assaulting a female employee of the establishment.

Now Thomas, in partnership with Robert ?RL? Thomas of the R&B group Next (Peter Thomas Entertainment Group), has developed a brand new restaurant/nightspot called “Bar One” located in the Grant Park neighborhood of Downtown Atlanta.

A private preview of the new spot was held for family and friends last week and was co-hosted by Cynthia’s fellow “Real Housewife” NeNe Leakes.

Other attendees included ?Football Wives? star Chanita Foster, Q Parker (of 112), industry vet Shanti Das, NFL player Charles Grant and fellow “housewives” Phaedra Parks, Sheree Whitfield.

Cee-Lo Does Drag + Apologizes for “Homophobic Twitter Rant”… [PHOTOS]

Legendary songstress Patti Labelle was honored with a “Lifetime Achievement Award” during the 2011 BET Awards show and was treated to a tribute performance by none other than the “A”‘s own Cee-Lo Green.

The Lady Killer was a certified HIT!? Gracing the stage rocking a sparkling ‘Labelle-like’ ensemble while spraying oil sheen on his Patti Labelle WIG!

CeeLo in that Patti wig is classic but he does NOT make a pretty woman (thats’ for dayum sure!)

Tiffany Green: Winner of 2011 BET Awards Most Awkward Moment… [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

I’m almost positive that BET’s”Your World Our World” contest winner Tiffany Green had NO IDEA what was in store for her during the 2011 BET Awards last night, but Green ended up being the BUTT of one of the biggest jokes since Eminem met Bruno’s during the 2010 MTV movic awards.

Tiffany’s appearance has become the most talked about moment during the awards show and she didn’t even perform!

Green hit the stage with 106 & Park hosts Terrence J and Rocsi to present the Viewers? Choice Award, reading off the tablet and happily announcing “Chris Brown” as the winner, she then looked stunned as she looked at the teleprompter and saw “Rihanna” and stated… “I’m sorry, it’s Rihanna for What’s My Name”

Finally Terrence called Drake’s name and Drake immediately appeared onstage to accept the award, stating the quote of the evening: ?Well that was awkward?…

Tiffany Green immediately became the scapegoat for BET’s not so funny joke…
