Park Tavern in Piedmont Park was the site for ATL Live on the Park?s 4^th annual Hip Hop Pro Awards hosted by Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols.   Awards were presented to five individuals who have made a lifetime commitment in keeping Atlanta?s Hip Hop culture in the forefront of the entertainment industry.

The 2016 recipients included: Ludacris, Hip Hop Pro Icon Award recipient; Josh ?Jay 1? Raiford, Hip Hop Pro Trailblazer recipient; Phillana Williams, Hip Hop Pro Visionary recipient; Cannon Kent, Hip Hop Pro Legend recipient; and Jay Carter, Hip Hop Pro Trendsetter recipient.

Notable guests in attendance included: Silkk the Shocker of No Limit Records, Chubb Rock (legendary hip-hop artist), Euxodie Bridges (Wife of Ludacris), Tameka Foster (Atlanta Exes), Eva Pigford (actress, TV host and fashion model), Toya Wright (Reality Star and Author), Torion Sellers (Actor: Barbershop 3), Monyetta Shaw (Atlanta Exes, Author), Chaka Zulu (Manager of Ludacris), Hurricane Dave (Operations Manager of Radio One), Gregg Smith (Associate Director, Writer/Publisher Relations for SESAC), Keinon Johnson (Interscope Executive, founder of Never Sold Dope), Tim Davies (VP/GM of Radio One) and more.
