Another day, another Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star is in the news for acting up in public.

This time it’s Atasha Jefferson, aka ‘Tommie Lee’ from season 5 of the popular docu-drama, who’s on the hot seat.

Tommie’s hit Instagram with a video of a recent arrest where she claims she was inappropriately manhandled by an Atlanta Police officer? **correction** a Georgia State Trooper during a traffic stop.

VIDEO: Tommie Claims APD Police Brutality

In the video above, which has since been deleted from Tommie’s instagram, an officer is shown demanding that Jefferson exit the driver’s side of a jeep and when she hesitates, he forcibly removes?her from the vehicle and places her headfirst on?the ground.

?Hit my head so hard on the ground couldn?t film greenscreen for a week, because of the disfigurement on my forehead,? she captioned one of the videos.

Tommiee claims she was in the backseat of a Jeep Wrangler along with another pregnant female and male, who she alleges was the driver, before they were all pulled over for what appears to be suspicions of driving under the influence.

The officer apparently didn’t believe the trio’s story that the male was the actual driver and accuses Tommie of swapping seats with the man.

Whatever the case, you can hear Tommie in the video (after she’s been handcuffed) disputing that she was driving and she claims in the caption of the now deleted video that she was a backseat passenger who was a victim of police brutality.

For the record, this isn’t the first (2nd, 3rd, 4th, or even 5th) time Tommie has had encounters with the law. Our friends over at Starcasm have sorted the GEORGIA collection of her mugshots by year…
