An Atlanta judge has ordered T.I. to increase the child support payments received by the mother of his two sons, LaShon Dixon. Tip had originally been paying about $3,000 per month to support his two sons, ages 7 and 9 but Dixon sought to increase those payments when she felt that her sons needed “to be equal” in both households (her words…peep the video), asking the court to raise the payments to $10,000 per month. Yesterday the judge ordered T.I. to increase his payments to $5,000 per month:

T.I., who was originally ordered to pay for the boys to attend private school, is no longer required to make that payment. The judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, also ordered the performer to pay half of the children?s extracurricular activities and all their medical expenses.

The judge ordered joint custody of the boys to continue, with Dixon granted primary physical custody. He?ll have visitation every other weekend.

Dixon?s attorney, Randy Kessler, says the woman is ?very grateful? for the judge?s decision and called it ?a complete victory.? (Source)
