Pusha T almost broke the internet yesterday when he used a photo of Drake in “Blackface” photo for the cover of his diss track.
But Drake isn’t the only one of your favs to have darkened their skin for a photoshoot.
Photos + video below…
Pusha T dropped his diss track, “The Story of Adidon,” with artwork of a younger Drake with his face painted black. The photo is absolutely 100% authentic and was not edited as many seem to believe.
For the record, the photographer who took the photos has removed the images from his site and is remaining mum on the matter, however Drake isn’t the only entertainer who has donned darkened skin for art.
Never forget Beyonce’s controversial photo spread in L’Officiel Magazine.
I don’t recall if Queen B ever spoke on the matter, however the magazine
reached out to me back then an explained that Beyonce’s controversial ?Blackface? makeup was inspired by ?African rituals during which paint is used on the face?.

It’s all “art,” right??🙄? But I digress.
“The Story of Adidon” is coincidentally mixed over Jay-Z’s ‘Story of OJ’ track.
The song not only revealed Drake’s “blackface’ photoshoot, but also some of the rapper’s DARKEST secrets ie. Drake has a secret son and the mother is a porn star. The rapper also addresses Drake’s biracial heritage, stating, “Confused always felt you weren’t black enough, afraid to grow it because your fro wasn’t nap enough.”
As you know, Pusha T previously pushed the envelope by using Whitney Houston’s drug paraphernalia riddled bathroom photo as his album cover.
What are your thoughts about Pusha T using Drake’s blackface photo?
Did Drake pull it off better than Beyonce’? or Nah?
