Poor Chris Brown. It seems he can’t catch a break.
The talented singer has been plagued with bad luck and karma almost throughout his entire career. First, Rihanna made him beat her up…then all these mean media people tried to ruin his image by writing about it. It must suck to be him.
Meanwhile, after posting a long winded rant about how much he’s being harassed just for being ‘Chris Brown,’ the singer was arrested yesterday on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon after an uninvited guest in his home claimed he pulled a gun on her.
Brown has been released on bond, but his causasian accuser now faces scrutiny after it’s been revealed she’s wanted in NYC for snatching an LV bag.
The woman, Baylee Curran, was an uninvited guest at a get-together at Brown’s home on Tuesday night.
Curren immediately hit the media with her side of the story, appearing on TMZ live, Inside Edition and more. She claims that she and friends where chilling in Brown’s hot tub and they entered the house to admire a piece of high end jewelry that was being sold inside.
Apparently when Curren touched a diamond necklace, melee ensued and Brown ordered Curran, 26, to leave his house.
Curran was escorted from the premises, and she claims she had to run for her life after she refused to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Brown was subsequently arrested after an hours long ‘stand off’ with police and was released after posting $250,000 bond. Mark Garagos, Brown’s attorney shared news of his release early this morning…
But wait… it only took a few hours for the revelation that Brown’s accuserhas a shady past that includes… STEALING!
TMZ reports that Curran is wanted on a charge of larceny for snatching a purse in NYC.
Baylee was vacationing with a few friends at The Plaza back in 2013 when they began arguing in the hotel. According to police docs, Baylee snatched a $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse from one of the girls and ran out of the hotel.
The purse contained $200 in cash, as well as credit cards and a Michael Kors wallet.
Security chased Baylee, who allegedly dropped the purse but somehow fled with the contents.
By the time cops arrived Baylee was long gone. There’s a warrant of sorts — it’s called an I-Card — which will allow NYPD cops to pick her up and take her to the station for questioning, if they find her in the city.
They also report that the victim was so fearful of Curran that she reportedly took out a restraining order in Los Angeles.
