Welp, it seems Ciara is mad as hell about her baby daddy’s online antics and she ain’t gone take it no mo!!

As you know, CiCi and Future have reportedly been battling for months over custody of their son and the rapper has not been too kind in the media with comments about the songstress and her new relationship with Russell Wilson.

Ciara has now filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against her son’s father for allegedly defaming her. She claims that Future has been using her name and blasting her mothering skills in interviews just to publicize his music and that the stories he’s been spewing about her are all lies!

In the suit … obtained by TMZ, Ciara calls out Future for a radio interview in which he discussed a now infamous photo of Wilson pushing Ciara and Future’s son in his stroller.

In the interview (which you can revisit HERE) Future blasts his baby mama for introducing his son to her new love too soon and says, “She probably set him [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.”

Ciara also points out several other interviews, but what she most pissed about is her baby daddy’s Twitter rant in January when Future accused her of being a control freak.

Ciara also addressed in the suit Future’s claims that she keeps his son away from him and she says she goes out of her way to make sure Baby Future sees his dad.

*The suit notes that they’ve had at least 19 visitations (some spanning several days) since December 2014.

Ciara believes Future’s comments were said with malice. She’s suing for slander and libel, wants all his nasty tweets deleted, and wants him blocked from saying anything about private family matters regarding baby Future … in the future.

She also reportedly wants $15 million for her pain and suffering.
