Love & Hip Hop Atlanta aired this week’s episode a day early this week so ‘As The Hood Turns’ hit the airwaves last night (July 12, 2015).
Last week’s episode left us with an explosive cliffhanger as we watched Rasheeda and Erica Dixon head to the hotel to confront Kirk Frost & Ashley Nicole.

VH1 synopsis:

VIDEO: LHHATL S4 EP12
Last week left us anticipating a beat down as Rasheeda and Erica Dixon confronted Kirk’s ‘artist’ Ashely Nicole in that hotel room.
While Rasheeda was expecting to find her husband Kirk rolling around in the sack with Ashley, that wasn’t what was written in the script this week.
In fact, Ashely’s hotel bed mate turned out to be her lezzzbun lover. (Nice way to flip the script Mona.)
Later we see that Kirk is actually flattered by Rasheeda’s displays of jealousy and the couple moves on unscathed (but we already knew that).
Rasheeda manages to drum up an apology to Ashley, who she feels still has a ‘slick ass mouth’ but whatever the case, Sheeda admits that she ‘wants to clean that slate and try to have a better relationship’ with Frost’s ‘artist.’
It’s official! Yung Joc is finally divorced from his wife of 10 years, Alexandria, but is he finally ready to commit??
Joc apologizes to his girlfriend Khadiyah about all the baby mama drama and it seems that the two are ready to move forward with their relationship. He sits down his lady love and has a heart to heart about all his babies mamas and how he’s going to finally break things off with his last baby mama, Sina.
Sina doesn’t take the news too well though, especially since Joc chooses to tell her during a family outing.
She even tries to throw a few punches after Joc delivers the news, which is NOT a good look at the Family Fun Center!
Joc chooses to walk away from the drama and leaves his baby mama alone to deal with her emotions.
Mimi puts on her ‘manager’ cap…
Mimi Faust is trying to get her ‘management’ career on the right track and she starts by apologizing to Jazze Phe about how Jessica Dime acted in his studio.
Of course Jazze accepts MiMi’s apology (it’s in the script!) and he’s ready to move forward with Mimi,? but NOT with Jessica Dime. However, he’s interested in working with Tiffany Fox.
If you recall, Mimi isn’t in Tiffany’s good graces at the moment either. After her confrontation with Jessica, Tiffany basically told Mimi to eff off, so now Faust has to find a way to apologize to Fox as well.
[Sidebar: They’ve got Mimi pounding the pavement for that check this season… ]
Fast forward… Mimi apologizes to Tiffany. Tiffany is cool with her but wants to put the ‘management’ thing on pause for a while.? She’s open to allowing Mimi to ‘kill what she eats’ and will accept any appropriate situations that Mimi can put together.? What Tiffany really wants is to work with Stevie J. and Mimi feels she can make that happen.
Later, Mimi puts Jessica Dime and producer Jermaine Dupri together.? He plays along with the script, listens to Jessica’s music and while he admits there’s some potential, he wants to see her perform.
Jessica is impressed by Mimi’s drive and now that she has Jermaine Dupri’s ear, she’s stoked about her music career.? Mimi has her sign on the dotted line and now Jessica Dime is the first official client of Mimi’s management firm.
Welp… we’ll see how this all turns out.? Moving on…
As with any episode, there’s got to be some drama and this week, Kaleena provides it with her new ‘beef’ with Deb Antney.
Antney seemed impressed with Kaleena last week but this week Kaleena’s attitude throws her off! Maybe she suffering from postpartum depression or something, but Kaleena is way too turnt up for someone who needs help with her career!
When Kaleena meets with Deb again, she brings up how her husband feels she’s not qualified to manage her career (wait…what!).? Kaleena also inquires about Antney’s skill sets and tells her that she’s ‘privilidged’ to have her as a client because she makes money in her sleep.? (wait… what!)
Who’s helping who here?? Kaleena seems to think that she’s doing Deb a favor by being her client as opposed to the other way around. The meeting goes from ZERO to a Hunnid… REAL QUICK as Deb boots Kaleena out of her office.
The ‘beef’ continues as Deb?s daughter in law Tammy Rivera shows up at the end of the episode to defend Deb (as if she can’t defend herself).
Kaleena and Tammy get into a verbal altercation as the episode ends and we’ll see how it all plays out tonight (or next week)… hell, this LHHATL schedule has be all confused.
Noticeably absent this episode: Stevie J or Joseline. (I wonder what ‘rehab’ facility they vacationed at this week).
