Meet Clinton Antonia Ward, 49.

Ward, an Athens, Georgia resident, posed for the mugshot above he allegedly attacked a naked 16-year-old boy who he found in his home last Tuesday (March 25, 2014).

The teen reportedly stepped out of the bathroom with the man?s 16 year-old stepdaughter in tow and Ward wasn’t too happy to find the naked teen frolicking in his home!

But wait… while the hot-tempered dad was subsequently arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children, it seems other parents are rallying around him in support.

According to the police report, when Ward’s daughter came out of the shower, she saw her stepdad sitting on the couch in the living room.

It was at that moment… she said she knew she was in trouble!

The stepdaughter was clad only in a towel, while her boyfriend was completely nude.

Officers say Ward began cursing and yelling at both teens but as the two retreated back to the bedroom to cover up, Ward pushed his stepdaughter out of the way and went after the boy.

As the boy tried to pick up his clothes and belongings, the police report said Ward pushed the boy up against the wall and punched him in the chest and face. The girl said she also had a red eye from being hit in the face.

Police said Ward left the room and called police.

The boy’s mother asked officers to press charges against Ward for his attack on her son.

Police arrested Ward and charged him with battery and cruelty to children, both for hitting the boy as well as for allowing his stepdaughter to witness him punching the boy. (source)

The male teen involved reportedly did not want to press charges, however his mother forced the issue and demanded Ward be arrested.

Police said that in addition to battery, Ward was charged with first-degree cruelty to children for ?maliciously causing a child under the age of 18 cruel, excessive or mental pain.? The lesser cruelty charge was for allowing his stepdaughter to witness the assault, according to police.

Other parents in the small Georgia town are reportedly in support of the dad, and feel that according to “Dad Law” he’s certainly in the right.
