The Real Housewives of Atlanta is preparing for it’s 6th season, and according to the recently released ‘super trailer,’ it will be more drama filled than ever before.

But wait… before you roll your eyes and go ‘yeah right,’ I have at least one ironclad reason why there will be definitely be ‘real life’ drama on the popular ‘reality’ show. Executive producer Carlos King.

[Sidebar: King was an executive producer on RHOA but left to work on the premiere season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. He returned to Bravo last Summer to produce Nene’s spin-off, circled back to the production staff of RHOA and now he’s the master manipulator of many of this season’s battles.]

RHOA’s Cynthia Bailey Hosts ’12 Years a Slave’ Atlanta Movie Screening… [PHOTOS]

Cynthia Bailey of The Real Housewives of Atlanta played host to a slew of celebrities, tastemakers, educators and media, as we attended a screening of 12 Years A Slave,?one of the most eye opening and heart wrenching movie premiers to date.

The movie, which is already generating Oscar buzz, depicts the story of Solomon Northup, a once freed slave who was kidnapped and sold back into harsh southern slavery for 12 years.

A private screening on?October 16, 2016?in Atlanta’s Atlantic Station and Bailey introduced the film and hosted a small discussion panel after the showing to express thoughts, questions and more.

Notables in attendance included: Bailey and her husband Peter Thomas, Angie Stone (R&B Divas), R&B singer RL, actress/singer Demetria McKinney, R&B singer Jacob Latimore, Dice Dixon, Sheneka Adams, Africa Miranda and Alexandra Dilworth of (The New Atlanta),?WNBA star Jennifer Lacy,?Quad Webb-Luncefored (Married to Medicine), and many more.

Last night, Funky Dineva?and I were chill-axin after the Atlanta screening of ’12 Days A Slave’ (review coming soon) and spilling Tea like we usually do.

There was lots of talk about leaked photos and how most of the time it’s a bitter woman (or man) involved. The conversation moved to a text that Dineva had just gotten and it just so happened to be from a long lost ‘acquaintance’ of Deitrck Haddon from Preachers of L.A.

Things got interesting during dinner when a text that included “a?picture of a big ole ?smoked sausage? and a shirtless picture of a man” (Dineva’s words not mine) popped up on his cell phone.

When he showed me the message, which read “Deitrick Haddon from Preachers of LA TEA” I had to put my drink down and take notice! ?Apparently Haddon’s ex-jumpoff (the chick he was sleeping with prior to his divorce) isn’t too happy about him committing to his baby mama.
