The self-professed ‘bad gal’ is known for rocking next to nothing, but she switched things up a bit to conform to the local culture by donning a black hijab and abaya-esque trouser suit.

The photos were reportedly taken by Gomillion Leupold ? a photography team made up of Steven Gomillion and Dennis Leupold and posted to Rihanna’s Instagram account.

While RiRi certainly looked the part of a traditional Muslim woman, she maintained her ‘bad gal’ image with her photo captions, sparking many to say she was being ‘disrespectful’ to the religious location.

Besides the caption, I don’t see what the big deal is about the shoot. Rihanna even respectfully ‘covered up’ to perform onstage….
