An Atlanta area photographer has filed a lawsuit in Dekalb County against Sean “Diddy” Combs and his entertainment company, claiming the rap mogul’s bodyguards beat him down in a nightclub.

The incident allegedly occurred at a party following the BET Hip-Hop Awards last fall.

Details below:According to the AJC, Jabari Tilgham, 30, alleges he was photographing celebrities at a party at Club Mansion Elan last October when several of Combs’ guards singled Tilgham out and assaulted him for no reason.

Combs, 41, was co-hosting the party along with rapper Rick Ross and Tilgham was one of about 12 photographers inside the club taking photos of Combs and other celebrity guests in attendance.

According to Tilgham’s attorney, a security guard employed by the club confirmed his story in a signed affidavit.

There is no word on what injuries Tilgham received or the type of damages he is seeking in the case.
