New “Housewives of Atlanta” castmembers Attorney Phaedra Parks & Model/Actress Cynthia Bailey were spotted at the annual steeple chase event Saturday in Kingston, Georgia.

Over 20,000 guests braved Saturday’s inclement weather for charity as they were decked out in all their finery at The 45th Annual Running of The Historic Atlanta Steeplechase at Kingston Downs.

The Atlanta Steeplechase is dubbed as the best lawn party in Georgia which draws thousands of people in unique headgear to the 435-acre Kingston Downs complex in Kingston, Georgia.

The event benefited Starlight Starbright Children?s Foundation of Atlanta and the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.
