The 30 year old ‘super fan’ was arrested in Atlanta, December 6, 2014 after her?actions creeped the superstar out yet again.

As previously reported, Usher filed for yet another restraining order against Jones-Rakestraw November 21, 2014, after she made several harassing phone calls to his attorney.

Darshelle’s recent actions violated Usher’s 30-day temporary protection order and judging from her expression in that mugshot, Jones-Rakestraw may have finally realized it’s it’s all fun & games until they lock your azz up!

According to the AJC, Jones-Rakestraw posed for the mugshot above after she was arrested Dec. 6 and she was still?being held late Friday in the Fulton County jail following a contempt of court charge, booking records showed.

Her arrest came three days before Usher?s?Atlanta concert at Philips Arena.

Jones-Rakestraw has been allegedly stalking the superstar for years and despite Usher’s previous legal attempts, she continued creating social media fan accounts using his name and contacting him online and off.

A judge granted Usher a 12-month restraining order back in July 2012 after Jones-Rakestraw showed up twice at Usher?s Johns Creek home, where she was arrested for criminal trespassing and ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, the latest petition states. She was ordered to spend 20 days in the Fulton County jail.

But when the order ended, Jones-Rakestraw was allegedly harassing Usher again, even leaving messages for his attorney!

According to the latest court documents, Jones-Rakestraw contacted Usher’s attorney, John Mayoue in November 2014 and left a voice mail message demanding that he return her call and that Usher send her money.

?I drove to Chicago and I want him to Western Union me some money or either give me something to get to work and I?m not playing with him,? Jones-Rakestraw said in a message.

?I?m tired of the games. If I can?t eat, he can?t eat.?
Jones-Rakestraw also allegedly told a member of Usher?s security team that she planned to follow him on tour and ?get him? unless he gave her money, the court filing states. (source)

Jones-Rakestraw, an Ohio resident had previously claimed to be married to the superstar singer. ?She reportedly traveled to Atlanta days before Usher’s Atlanta concert, where she was arrested on the contempt charge.
