The bleached blond granny played host to friends and supporters last Saturday night as she premiered the first design from her ShoeDazzle partnership.
ShoeDazzle.com is pleased to have reality star NeNe Leakes reveal her “Nethia” shoe design at a launch party in Atlanta.
Leakes designed a caged lace bootie as part of ShoeDazzle’s “Celebrity Shoe Design Program for Charity.”
Leakes was joined by her fellow cast members: Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks and Porsha Stewart.

Well I think they are ok but I do know why she isnt wearing them…..its because Shoe dazzle only goes up to a size 11 and she obviously rocks a 13/ 14!!!

Nene’s hair gets lighter by the day! Her golden locks makes her look darker (or does she have a tan?) something is not right about her look. And she wouldn’t wear those shoes so why does she think her fans will? If she REALLY wanted to sell some shoes she should have partnered with Louboutin or Jimmy Choo since those are what she wears all the time.

Agree. Aside from the shoe, I don’t like her hair this way at all. I thought it was so much cuter when it was slightly longer, bronze colored, with it flipped out around the ends. It just looked so much classier; she seems to be moving backwards with this do.

Co-sign. It does seem strange to always be seen in one type of shoe but partner up with ShoeDazzle and want people to buy shoes she designed yet she’s not wearing them. She should be wearing her own shoes especially at the opening.

Those types of high profile designers wouldn’t partner with someone like NeNe. You gotta have the right image and/or be able to bring in a ton of sales. They probably don’t even know or care who the heck she is.

I like Shoe Dazzle because you take a survey when you first register on the various styles of shoes you prefer and it will suggest shoes for you. They have some real cute shoes on that sight.
As far as the shoe goes, to each his own. Though I don’t think the shoe look cheap, it is not my "flavor". However, I do applaud Ms. Leaks for going forward in her efforts for a cause. The shoe is in the same quality and style of the rest of shoedazzle. Nothing is over 40 so you get what you pay for. The same people who shop shoedazzle will love this. Great job for Nene to be able to be classified with other celebrity stylist.At least it is her own design with her namesake..unlike shitsy boutique or whatever it is shit by sheree is doing. Dress looks great…she did say she arrived just in time for the launch party. Her hair and makeup artist must not have made it. Other than that I am proud of her and hope she continues to shine.

No offense to Nene because I respect her hustle. But at a person who has a vast shoe collection this is one that I would pass up! Its not cute and its outdated and it looks as if that gold with eventually chip and then it will be black or whatever color is underneath. I won’t and don’t wear anything a reality celebrity or real celebrity put out because they aren’t wearing the cheap crap they put out there. If I wore nice shoes all the time I would have at least designed and created some that I would love to see my fans in and be happy they could have nice and stylish shoes that they could afford.
I think it’s nice that Nene has the wisdom to know her fans can’t afford the shoes she wears, so she is using her own stylistic imagination to give them the next best thing, and she is and always will be good at whatever she does.
