I received a letter from Meech… THE REAL BIG MEECH… and he’s apparently heated about folks referring to Clifford “T.I.” Harris as a “Snitch”…
There is no person in the Federal or State system that can say or saying that “T.I. Clifford Harris” snitched on them.
I’m tired of people spraying his name when his plea deal and sentencing transcripts is “ONLINE.” You pay $40 to get on “Pacer” and you have access to all court documents on any person in the “UNITED STATES.”
By the way, Meech’s letter is not just to me, it’s to the entire world. Long story short… Big Meech says Tip is a “100% stand up dude” and all that “Snitch” talk is just that… TALK!

I must get straight to the point because I personally have a problem with people assassinating a real stand up dude character, namely T.I., talking about he a “SNITCH” when we are living in the information era and there is absolutely no public record of this man being a “SNITCH.”
There is no person in the Federal or State system that can say or saying that “T.I. Clifford Harris” snitched on them.
I’m tired of people spraying his name when his plea deal and sentencing transcripts is “ONLINE.” You pay $40 to get on “Pacer” and you have access to all court documents on any person in the “UNITED STATES.”
They also show you any motions or appeals that’s filed within a 48 hour period. The government would never hide the fact that T.I. is a snitch because they would want the world to know that they broke him like they broke Sammy the Bull, Nicky Barnes, Rayful Edmunds, Alpo, and Frank Lucas, who snitched on his own family members.
As far as the Ohio incident in which his friend Philant got killed, Tip was subpoenaed to court and only said a van pulled alongside and started shooting. He DID NOT see the shooter or who was shooting. From my understanding, the shooters own brother snitched on HIM.
To sum it up, I put me… “THE REAL BIG MEECH” and the whole “B.M.F.” family life on the line that “T.I. Clifford Harris” is a “100% Solid Authentic Dude.”

I didn’t read any comments, so if someone brought this up already then I do apologize. T.I. DID SNITCH. I’ve been in the federal system and by law, the feds are NOT allowed to make deals. They go by the federal guidelines which give you a certain amount of time based on your crime in addition to other circumstances like how many convictions you have already. The only was to get consideration for what they call a downward departure, is to give a statement – SNITCH. T.I. Was a convicted felon caught with assault rifles, ect… He faced at minimum a sentence of 5 years. No lawyer in the world could get someone out of a federal guideline – unless the client SNITCHES! So why can’t you find any statements on public record giving by T.I.??? It’s simple! He gave what is called a propher. A propher is a statement given but isn’t kept on record, no recorders are usd during a propher session. This is why there no record of TI being a SNITCH. His statement lead to many arrests which in turn satisfied the government for their exchange in his freedom. You won’t believe me, you rather believe Big Meech, and that’s cool, but the same way he tells you to look it up, I’m telling you to educate yourself on Federal law and the the inner workings of the law.
Federal Sentening Guideline TI was a two time offender which would’ve put him in catagory three. He didn’t snitch and got less then 5? I was there and dudes came in with ONE gun and ONE prior and got 5! Everybody got five or better. Tell that shit to someone who hasn’t been in the system

Meech said to look on Pacer for paperwork on T.I. That was a LAME statement because all a lawyer has to do to hide the cooperation of a witness is file to have said paperwork sealed. Then, no one can access it or see it except court officials. I just researched several KNOWN snitches who cooperated with the Feds and received sentences below the mandatory minimum guidelines and every motion on their cooperation was inaccessible on Pacer. So yeah; Meech is LAME or needs money from TI
You don’t have to snitch to receive a downward departure, there are like 6 ways to get a departure in sentencing. My kid’s dad is in the Feds. They would’ve let him walk with 6 months probation if he had snitched. Because they couldn’t break him and didn’t have enough for conspiracy he got hit with that Felon in Possession of a Firearm and a b.s. intent to distribute. Long story short, he got -2 departure for signing the plea deal (acceptance of responsibility).
Also the prosecution can suggest whatever they want. The discretion lies with the judge. In my kid’s dad case, they got a federal judge from Dallas to the city he was in and he was known to be a liberal democrat. As a result, everyone got the minimum in sentencing, you had to be a royal fuck up with red horns to not get the minimum with him.
I mean it all depends..And if a person did snitch it’s in their PSI report. If they leave and go to the court while they’re in the feds, when they come back..Your cellies or whomever can jam you up and ask for that paperwork. I don’t know if PSI reports are on Pacer, I doubt it. However, that info is in there…A lot of dudes have gotten fucked up behind their PSI reports revealing snitchery. That shit is not a secret..Don’t know who told ya’ll that.
I only know of 3 ways to get a downward departure. A 5k, Rule 35, Safety valve, And Acceptance of responsibility during your PSI. What are the other two ways, You`re talkin?
I looked TI up on Pacer. His plea agreement is sealed. Usually it will list the plea agreement on pacer after you have the plea hearing. If you have information in your plea you don`t want people to see, your attorney asks the judge to seal it. In TI`s case his plea agreement and PSI are sealed. Which makes it kind of obvious. Only cooperators have those documents sealed on pacer.
I really don`t care what meech says. As far as i`m concerned TI was looking at 50 years. I don`t care how good your lawyer is, You deal with mandatory minimums when its federal. No way TI got 1 year and 1 day doing community service. If he wants to clear his name he needs to release his plea agreement and PSI.
