Khia aka “My Neck & My Back” aka Khia Chambers has been arrested yet again!
The rapper turnt singer turnt professional mugshot poser [peep Khia's full mugshot gallery HERE] was arrested Saturday evening (August 20, 2011) in Dekalb County, Georgia.
Details below:
Khia, who has been arrested in the past under the name Khia Chambers was arrested this time using the alias Khia Finch.
Miss Finch has been charged with “concealing/endangering property-secured interest” under GA code 16-9-51.
A person who destroys, removes, conceals, encumbers, transfers, or otherwise deals with property subject to a security interest with intent to hinder enforcement of that security interest and in so doing does damage to such property in an amount greater than $500.00 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature.
In other words, the “Thug Misses” probably schemed to hide a car (or some other valuable object that a bank holds a security interest), that she failed to make payments on and they found her “A”zz. :shock”
Khia was released 24 hours later on a $500 bond.
