I told you a few days ago about Lyfe Jennings heading back to prison for 3 1/2 years. The soulful singer appeared in court recently as he received news of his jail sentence.

WSB-TV obtained footage of Lyfe’s courtroom appearance where he became understandably emotional during the sentencing. Lyfe addresses the court and apologizes for his actions on the fateful night the waved a gun around and led authorities on a high speed chase.
