You may remember Lisa Wu as the energetic fireball from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but she recently shift gears and hit the stage as part of the cast in the local run of “Stripped,” the stage play last weekend (June 2, 2013).
“Stripped” peels away the layers of the life of professional football player, Jayden Dorsey, revealing the true charge and sacrifice of being a high profile athlete.
The lives of four other ball players are scrutinized also, offering a true ?fly on the wall? perspective of the price paid by these men and their mates.
What must you give up in order to have the fame and fortune that comes along with the limelight? And who stands beside you when the fame is fleeting and the fortune has dried up?
The play was held at the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center in Decatur, GA, and in addition to Wu, featured a stellar cast of characters including: Retired Green Bay Packers RB/Superbowl Champion Dorsey Levens, Media Personality Rashan Ali, former NFL player Karon Joseph Riley, and radio personality Ryan Stewart.
