Well one thing’s for sure, Q has definitely been hitting the gym and the sexy crooner shows off his hard work in a new fitness calendar.

Q released his debut fitness calendar in 2011 and reportedly sold thousands of copies.? It was shot by photographer Allen Cooley, who returns yet again to shoot Q’s 2012 calendar.
