When it rains it pours and it’s lookin like a monsoon for po Jermaine Dupri!

Access Atlanta revealed yesterday that the SoSo Def label head has been in and out of court since January 26, 2011 battling a child support case against filed by Sariai Jones, a former Magic City stripper who danced under the name ?Obsession?.

After obtaining a verifying JD’s paternity, a judge ordered Dupri, 38, to pay the former stripper $2,500 per month in child support for her 7-month old daughter.

The judge also ordered JD to pay Jones an additional $7,500 based on the positive results of the paternity test.

As you know, Jermaine just barely avoided foreclosure of his Atlanta home earlier this month, WSB-TV also revealed that Dupri owes over $493,000 in back taxes for 2007…. plus over $12,000 in property taxes on the Fayetteville home where his mother currently resides.

According to SandraRose, Dupri?s longtime friend, local club owner Alex Gidewon, attempted to help him out a bit last year by hiring Dupri to deejay at the Gold Room.

Durpri is rumored to be paid up to $10,000 for deejaying gigs around the country.
