Well, Master P (real name Percy Miller) isn’t buying all that chatter and he says he feels that Bryant is a big fat phony!
Miller, who has a 15 year friendship with Odom, says if Kobe was genuine, he would have put in a good word to the Lakers to get Lamar his job back on the team!
“If Kobe was his friend…Kobe, like, owns the team,” Master P told TMZ. “He could’ve got the man back on the team…that’s all he wanted.”
Master P also shares his thoughts about Lamar’s Kardashian connection, stating that Odom’s stint on their reality show may have gotten him blackballed!

Kobe was Shannon’s former team mate on the Lakers and Vanessa actually served as a bridesmaid in Monica’s wedding. It’s great to see the good friends still supporting each other.

Philadelphia-area native Kobe Bryant showed his support for Micheal Vick last night as he rocked the Philly Eagles QB’s #7 jersey after the Lakers game in NYC.
According to the BlackSportsOnline, a few days earlier, Kobe sent Michael Vick an autographed Lakers jersey that the Eagles quarterback prominently displayed on the chair at his locker stall on Friday.
The Bryant Lakers jersey was signed, “To Mike Be Epic! Kobe 24.”
Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson was also given a Bryant jersey by the former Lower Merion High basketball star.
As you know, the Eagles lost to the Packers last night in the first round of the playoffs. That means it’ll Green Bay vs. Atlanta at the dome next week. We would have preferred the Eagles… but such is life!
Several celebs were spotted courtside at last night’s Knicks/Lakers game, including Ciara (and her HAWT furry Louboutins), Denzel Washington, Spike Lee (of course), Dr. Dre, Lindsey Lohan and more.

The Lakers took their 16th championship title last night in defeating the Boston Celtics 83-79 in Game Seven of the 2010 NBA Finals at Staples Center. Kobe Bryant won yet another MVP award with his wife, Vanessa by his side.
