The South Miami man posted YouTube videos of himself enjoying sports, authored six online books, with long-winded titles about spirituality, saving the world and hunting ghosts and often shared photos on his Facebook page of his arm tattoos, meals, boating trips and drinks poolside with his wife.

But on Thursday, Medina shocked all of his online friends when he made an announcement on Facebook that he had shot and killed his wife before posting a photo of her twisted, bloodied body lying on a linoleum floor.
The disturbing photo posted on Medina?s Facebook page showed a woman in black tights slumped over on her back. Her knees were bent awkwardly and her cheek and arm were bloody. He included a caption, which read: ?RIP Jennifer Alfonso,? and the photo was ‘shared’ amongst his Facebook friends for more than four hours, before the account was finally suspended.
