Drake had a very special guest appear onstage during his set at the Coachella Music Festival last night (April 12, 2015)… Madonna.

Diddy was one of many celebs who were front and center as Outkast performed for the first time in seven years and he explains in the caption for the photo above, that he has a special connection to the legendary Atlanta duo, stating:

But wait… in addition to revealing his special Outkast connection, Diddy decided to pay homage to the group buy making a symbolic purchase.

It was OutKast’s first concert in seven years and needless to say, the performance was highly anticipated worldwide. Longtime fans weren’t expecting any surprise guests but there were several ready, willing an waiting to hit the stage.
Dre and Big brought out a few quests: Sleepy Brown and rapper Future and Janelle Monae.
Apparently due to a schedule change, the time was changed and the set started late. The legendary group had to cut at least 4 songs from their set list and to make matters worse, there was a 1am PCT cut off time that caused Killer Mike’s performance to abruptly cut.
(Yeah… we’re all still a bit pissed off about that.)
But despite all of their challenges the group still managed to pull off a historic one hour, and 32 minute performance.
